VMI Bodywork Practice in Nagasaki
Hello, dear English speakers who reside in Nagasaki!
My name is Mioko, I am offering VMI bodywork sessions
here in Nagasaki. VMI bodywork is a gentle and non-invasive
hands-on t
reatment originated by Patricia Bardi.

By using very light and precise palpation,
the practitioner feels the tissue mobility and see
where its movement can be disturbed.
We will also look at the balance of weight,
tones of muscles and organs in order to see
which part of the body to work on.

Applying very gentle touch of support,
I follow the natural response and need of your body
and wait until that part regain autonomic balance.

Conditions that respond well to VMI Bodywork include
-Stress, chronic ratigue & burn out,
-Digestive conditions
-Muscular tension
-Mensulation discomfort
-
Headache & migraine
-Lower back pain

If you are interested in an individual session,
please do not hesitate to contact here.

a plum tree

This plum tree is standing at the entrance of steinerschool Tervuren, many of whose branches or even big trunks had to be cut down due to the sickness some years ago, I remember. Now I just saw it had hundreds of new thin branches full of flowers. And even survived through frosty cold nights!

Time flows, flies away and let a tree recover...

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Last weekend I have followed Cranio Sacral Therapy coures in Belgium.
The training will continue coming March and September as well.

My first meeting with this technique was in 2001 in the Netherlands.
With the first treatment, I felt my bladder started to move, which was a really wired feeling to me at that time. I could also feel I didn't feel sick in the bus or a car after some sessions.

Its gentle and precise touch, and respect to the intelligence of body touched me in a deep place and I was quite impressed.

VMI bodywork and CST(Cranio Sacral Therapy) has a lot in common in terms of the arritude of a practitioner. The manipulation is minute, in order to feel what the body wants to do, in other words, to trust and respect the auto-regulating function of our body, which I totally agree to it.

Openness to the spontaneity requires experience and courage to trust one's own intuition.

I am really happy to open this new door of exploration...
